More about Digital Planning Day

Digital Planning Day was first held in 2010 as "Digital Review Day".  During the 4-hour session of presentations and Q&A, it was observed that attendees weren't just reviewing companies as "nice-to-know" information, but actually getting ideas to apply to their upcoming campaigns and strategies.  Digital Planning Day was deemed a better name and was subsequently reignited.  This event is organized and managed by the Las Vegas Interactive Marketing Association (LVIMA)
Presentations held inside state-of-the-art AMC Theaters
Attendees have the opportunity to sit back and relax during the sessions in an actual theater environment.  This eliminates challenges with audio and visual while everyone has an immersed experience during each presentation.  Companies presenting their services range from development to advertising, media channels to platforms, and branding to direct response initiatives.  Presentations are in "rapid-fire" succession with each lasting approximately 10 minutes.

VoteGiant (www.votegiant.com) is used to gauge audience input and reaction to the digital media presented so everyone can get an aggregated summary of thoughts, feelings and attitudes around the use of the services and products showcased.  Surveys are instant, through mobile devices, with the results released to all attendees at the end of the day.  It is not necessary to participate in order to attend.
